          Applications in the prescribed form for the Admission & Registration to Post-graduation, Degree / Diploma Courses, May, 2010 in the following subjects for the seats mentioned against each subject, are invited from the candidates, who have passed MBBS examination from a MCI recognized Medical College, have completed one year Internship and are duly registered with the State Medical Council / Medical Council of India.

          Admissions to Postgraduate studies shall be given only to those candidates who have rendered Rural Health Service for a minimum period of one year by 31^st December 2009 and are ready to do one year more rural service after completing the P.G. course as per PG admission rules mentioned in detail in MGIMS PG Prospectus-2010.

The number of seats & specialty {like Skin & VD} may vary with the availability of MCI approval; guides and also the position may change in some specialties by the time Interviews are held.

The application form along with PG Admission Rules will be available by 19/11/09 afternoon in the Office of the Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram on payment of Rs. 1000/- in Cash or Rs. 1050/- (Rs. 1000/- + Rs. 50/- Postage) by Money Order {full correspondence address to be provided}. Candidates must fill in all the columns in order of preference. The application complete in all respects must reach the Office of the Dean latest by 14/12/2009.  MGIMS candidates are required to appear for counselling and verification of all the Original documents, by the admission committee at their own cost on 05/01/2010 at 10.30 AM in the Committee Room of MGIMS, Sevagram. Selected candidates will have to join the Institute by 10^th January, 2010.  Interview date for the other candidates will be intimated later.
