Dr. Chetna Maliye did her MBBS and MD (Community Medicine) from MGIMS, Sewagram. A member of the Indian Association of Preventive and Social Medicine (IAPSM), BPNI and India-CLEN, she received WHO Fellowship (2011) for Control Strategies of Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases at the Royal Tropical Institute, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. She also received a special bursary sponsored by the Centre for Population and Health Sciences, UK in 2011 to attend the IEA World Congress of Epidemiology at Edinburgh, Scotland. She is recipient of FAIMER fellowship for medical teachers. Her areas of interest include Adolescent Health, Nutrition and Maternal and Child Health.
