Dr AK Shukla, Professor and Head of department of Ophthalmology has been felicitated by ACOIN (Association of Community Ophthalmologists of India) at a national gathering held at Shri Vasantrao Naik Medical College Yavatmal on 29th August 2016 for his sincere, selfless and devoted effort in promoting community eye health care service in vidarbha area. He has also been acknowledged for the most successful implementation of national programme for control of blindness and ACOIN national movement of national programmme for ‘venture the villages for vision’.
