Secretary, Kasturba Health Society Sevagram invites sealed tenders from experienced assignees fulfilling terms and conditions including those mentioned below for outsourced assignment of Bio-medical Waste Disposal for its campus inclusive of Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital.
The Tenderer if a firm or company should hold valid Registration Certificate from appropriate authority to that effect, for the proposed term of tender, having operative license from Commissioner of Labour, Nagpur effective for the proposed term of tender with independent Provident Fund Registration Number, under EPF & MP Act should have ESIC registration and should be registered with Central Excise Department for Service Tax purposes. It should be registered with Professional Tax Officer, PAN Number under Income Tax Act having no tax outstanding, having its own authorized Common Bio-medical waste treatment facility approved from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, having their own vehicles as per norms of MPCB for transportation of Bio-medical waste from generating source to disposal site and should have an experience of attaining similar type of assignment and manpower deployed by him shall be well trained in handling Bio-medical waste.
Tenderer shall submit his offer in enclosed format in sealed cover with attested copies of all supporting documents along with earnest money of Rs. 5000/- in the form of DD in the name of Kasturba Health Society, Sevagram payable at Sevagram/Wardha which will be refunded if contract is not allotted. The Tenderer should attach copy of DD or receipt, a draft of undertaking to the effect along with this offer that the tenderer shall consider himself as an establishment independent of KHS and shall be sole employer of human resource deployed by him for attaining the specified assignment and shall have to comply with the requirement of Minimum Wages Act, EPF & MP Act, Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity, GST and other related laws timely and completely without telescoping back to KHS. The tenderer on being admitted as selected tenderer shall enter into an agreement with all detailed terms & conditions for such assignment and to get registered with the above referred undertaking.
Tender form can be collected from Secretary Office on payment of Rs. 1000/- per form through DD in the name of Secretary, Kasturba Health Society, Sevagram payable at Sevagram/Wardha.
The last date of submission of above offer is 4th July 2022 up to 5:00 PM at the registered office. The tender opening and negotiations meeting will be held on 10th July 2022 at 3:00 PM in the Secretary Office, Kasturba Health Society, Sevagram. The Secretary, Kasturba Health Society, Sevagram reserves all rights to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason and to specify the terms and conditions and modifications if any.
