Medical Superintendent, Kasturba Hospital, Sewagram invites sealed tenders for the following items. The tenders sent by registered post should reach the Office of Medical Superintendent, Kasturba Hospital, Sewagram by 16th May 2020. The tender shall be valid for six months (1st June 2020 to 30th November 2020).
1. Vegetables and Fruits
Tender Form; showing approximate required quantity along with the terms and conditions; can be procured for a cost of Rs.100/- during working hours on all working days (from 11th May,2020 to 16th May, 2020) from the Office of Medical Superintendent, Kasturba Hospital, Sewagram . Earnest money of Rs. 1000/- toward Vegetables and Fruits paid through Bank Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favor of Kasturba Health Society, Sewagram, should be attached alongwith the Tender Form.
Suppliers / Vendors must ensure that each paper of the Tender Form is duly signed by them before the submission of
Tender form. The last date for receiving the Tender Form is 16th May, 2020 up to 01:00 PM. Received Tenders will be opened in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Kasturba Hospital, Sewagram on 18th May,2020 at 03:00 pm.
The Medical Superintendent, Kasturba Hospital reserves the rights to reject any or all the Tenders without assigning any reason. If by any reason the last date of the submission/opening of the Tender is on holiday, the next working day will
be treated as the last date.
