Appearing for the written examination does not give you any claim for appointment.

Note: -
- You are requested to bring one id proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Election Card or any identity proof given by government) at time of examination.
- Please paste self-attested passport size latest photograph on the box given above.
- Please bring your examination note pad for the written examination.
- In case even if you didn’t get call letter for written examination all applicants who applied for last advertisement for the post of Staff Nurse will be eligible for written examination.
- In case of any doubt, please contact MS Office (Personal Section) by 26th May, 3 PM. No requests shall be entertained beyond the specified period.
